Founded in 1868, Oregon State University’s (OSU) campus is located in Corvallis, Oregon. The historic campus is characterized by its red brick buildings, old-growth trees and lush greenery. Conditional Admission - Available for Direct Undergraduate and Pathway Programs
For students who are unable to provide an English language score or for those whose score is lower than the requirement, Academic English will be offered, followed by Conditional Admission. Students who successfully complete level 4 in Academic English with minimum grades of C in graded classes and P (pass) in all Pass/No Pass classes will study a combination of credit-bearing Academic English courses and academic content courses.


Extended Admission
Students who do not meet the entry requirements for the program to which they're applying can petition for extended admission. After supplying the required documents, the student's admission decision will be reviewed by the university's Undergraduate Admissions Committee.

  • Ali and Shahina Piyarali International Program Scholarship (Up to $1,000) 
  • Jack van de Water Scholarship ($500 per academic year) 
  • The Joel R. Friend Scholarship (available to students from Thailand and Taiwan) 
  • The Lucy Hsu Ho Scholarship (available to students from China) 
  • The Hugh & Helen Wood Nepalese Scholarship (available to students from Nepal)
