U.S. Scholarships for Nigerian Students

Are you shocked when you see the cost of studying abroad in the U.S.? At first, it may seem impossible, but you should also know that there are many scholarships for international students. We want you to pursue your dreams of furthering your education and have listed some great scholarships below. Be informed of your options and leave us a comment if you have more advice for other students.

In the United States, there are over 4,000 colleges and universities. This means that there are a variety of options for you to choose from. Studying abroad in the U.S. can be an affordable option if you spend some time doing your research. For reliable scholarship databases, check the U.S. Embassy website for Nigeria and also the International Institute of Education. Also, there are many scholarships specific to the field of study you are pursuing. Make sure to search for these. 

For your convenience, we’ve listed some scholarships here, but we recommend that you do your own search online as well.
